What we do : Advocacy Outreach

Obtaining services from the government or other agencies in India is a challenge for most people. Add onto that poverty, illiteracy and disability and the challenge can be insurmountable.

Operation Equip India assists the disabled in meeting these challenges by acting as a voice and guide in obtaining services from the government and other non-government organizations.

OEI assists the disabled obtain:

railway travel concessions
free passes for bus travel
unemployment benefits
free mobility aids
government loans and grants
job placement
educational placement
